Should I wash my hair everyday if I workout?

It is not recommended to wash your hair every day if you are working out regularly. Sweat can lead to build-up of dirt and oils in your hair, causing your scalp to become irritated and itchy. To maintain healthy hair, it’s best to only wash your hair every 2-3 days. However, if you are working out regularly, you may want to rinse your hair with water after your workout and use a mild shampoo at least once a week.
