It is about learning to train your body to be part of the ergonomic triangle, by using the three key words of movement, flexibility and strength. Although our company sells ’ergonomic’ chairs, you still need to select the right chair for the activity. Then you need to use the three key elements of movement, flexibility and strength in your body, for creating the right needs for your body to be ergonomic. Ergonomic is the relationship between you, the equipment and the environment for productive activity in daily living. Normally this area is related to the working environment, because of the risks involved in operating machinery. Productive activity is also used in the home, using equipment or machinery, therefore should also be considered as ergonomic. The difference is that the work at home is not paid employment!
