Soundness of mind

What SPF number do doctors recommend?

Is it better to use SPF 30 or 50?

The SPF (sun protection factor) number on sunscreen labels indicates how well the sunscreen will protect your skin from ultraviolet (UV) radiation. SPF 30 provides 97% protection from UVB radiation, while SPF 50 provides 98% protection. Therefore, SPF 50 provides slightly better protection than SPF 30. However, SPF 50 can be more difficult to apply evenly and can be greasier than SPF 30. Therefore, it is best to choose the SPF that is most comfortable and easiest to apply for you.
