Why can’t I see Apple Pay on my iPhone?

Unless your iPhone region is set to one of those regions, you will not see the option to add cards to Apple Pay in Wallet: Go to: Settings > General > Language & Region > Region. If they are already correct, try reselecting the same Region Format and also the same System Language.
